YOGA: 2 PM Friday, August 17th, followed by a Gong Savasana

This vigorous and balancing yoga class will offer a transformative experience of the combined technologies of Kundalini and Naam yoga and meditation. We will stimulate the musculoskeletal, adrenal and nervous systems to create and sustain a strengthening and healing effect. We will relax into Gong Savasana: a sound journey on a deep cellular level where tensions are released, blockages cleared, and the mind arrives to a state of natural stillness and peace. No prior yoga experience is necessary but do expect to be challenged physically. Yoga will be done outdoors so definitely bring a mat.

Your yoga teacher, Biliana Angelova, is Yoga Alliance certified in Kundalini Yoga and holds Master’s Degrees in Psychotherapy and Education. She is devoted to the progress of cutting edge yoga research at Harvard University and the Mind Body Institute. She teaches private and group classes and offers individualized yoga therapy programs.
